About Nazima
I’ve been involved in chess for many years. When I was younger, I competed in tournaments and eventually earned my 1st Category Rank. Since then, chess has remained an important part of my life. Over time I realized that the way chess teaches you to think: planning ahead, analyzing situations, and staying patient influenced many other areas of my life.
Later, this way of thinking naturally led me into technology. Today I’m the captain of a robotics team where we design and build robots and compete in tournaments. It’s been an amazing experience for me, and our team has managed to win several cups along the way. Besides robotics, I’m also interested in neurotechnology and enjoy experimenting with different ideas and small prototypes whenever I have the chance.
Another thing that is very important to me is sharing knowledge. For the past nine months I’ve been running a volunteer chess club where I teach both kids and adults. During this time I also organized and hosted two chess tournaments myself. It was challenging, but also very rewarding. I genuinely enjoy working with people and trying to explain complex ideas in a simple and understandable way.
I try to be not only a teacher, but also a mentor who encourages people to see how chess thinking can be applied far beyond the chessboard.

I hold a 1st Category Rank and have years of experience in competitive play. Being a young tutor, I avoid dusty, old-school teaching methods. Instead, I focus on the logic and beauty of the game, making every session interactive and easy to understand. My creative background helps me explain complex tactics through simple, vivid analogies that actually stick.
A typical lesson plan:
1) The warm-up: Quick tactical puzzles to sharpen the "chess vision."
2) Topic of the day: A clear, visual explanation of a strategic concept (e.g., controlling the center or king safety).
3) Interactive practice: We solve positions together, where I ask "why" and "how" to help you find the best moves independently.
4) Training game: Applying what we’ve learned in a real match with real-time feedback.
5) Feedback & goal setting: Discussing your progress and what to focus on next.
My goal is to make you love the process of thinking. Whether you're a parent looking for a great hobby for your child or a beginner wanting to improve your logic, I’m here to help you succeed!
