About Teshome
I am a dedicated and motivated Civil Engineer with a strong academic background having many years of work experiences on various civil projects as well as tutoring and coaching on various subjects. I hold BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Engineering Management. I've worked on a variety of civil projects for many years, but nothing gives me more joy than being able to share my knowledge and skills and allow others to reach their true potential!.
I'm a patient and understanding teacher. I believe that learning should be fun and engaging. I am very open myself and I believe in openness and honesty with my students, as well as having fun! Ultimately, I want to help my students become lifelong learners who are excited about the world around them

In general, my teaching approach is tailored to individual learning styles, making challenging topics accessible and enjoyable.
I firmly believe that the students should always come first. I adjust my teaching style to fit the needs of each individual student, and I am always patient and friendly when answering questions. I also make a point of correcting any errors that my students make to help them learn from their mistakes.
Finally, I regularly give feedback on my students’ progress so that they know how they are doing and where they need to improve.
