About Fatima

I am a Clinical Nurse Specialist with 10 years of experience working in a large teaching and trauma hospital in Sydney. I’ve worked across medical, surgical and emergency nursing, as well as in infection prevention and control, and I’ve also stepped into Clinical Nurse Consultant roles. Over the years I’ve mentored a lot of students, new grads and early-career nurses, and I genuinely enjoy helping people feel more grounded, confident and capable in themselves. I’ve always been someone who studies deeply, so my academic path is a big part of who I am. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing at UTS, then a Master of Brain and Mind Sciences at the University of Sydney, and later a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at UNSW. I’m now completing my Honors in Psychology at UTS. I’ve spent so many years studying while working in busy clinical environments, and I really understand the stress, self-doubt and pressure that can come with trying to grow, change or take the next step in your life or career. My approach is very calm, warm and grounded. I create a space where you can talk openly, ask questions freely and explore what you want without judgment. I’m a big believer in helping people find clarity by building self-awareness and developing the communication skills they need to show up confidently, whether that’s in interviews, new roles, study, or personal life. I’d really love to support you in finding out your true potential!

About the lesson

My sessions are practical, supportive, and focused on helping you feel calm, prepared, and confident as you move into the next stage of your career or personal development. I keep things very grounded and clear, and I tailor each lesson to what you personally need, whether that’s interview preparation, building confidence, refining communication skills, or navigating the transition from study to professional practice.

My sessions run for about 60 minutes, and I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach. We work together to break things down simply, practice key skills, and build the mindset and self-belief needed to approach interviews, new roles, and personal challenges with confidence. I also draw on my psychology training to support you in managing stress, showing up authentically, and developing healthy confidence and self-awareness.

These sessions are ideal for University and TAFE students, nursing and health graduates, and anyone needing guidance, mentoring, or personal development support. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can ask questions openly, practice at your own pace, and feel genuinely supported as you grow both professionally and personally.
