About Pamela
HOW to learn and WHY learning matters provides an exceptional foundation for supporting students wanting to improve success in any subject. WHAT gets in the way of learning helps students improve success too!
Students often struggle with limiting beliefs about their potential to learn one or more subjects. Giving a student only subject specific support reduces their ability to learn challenging content topics in the future. Working with me as your Academic Life Coach provides new perspectives and more internalized direction.
I am passionate about students experiencing "ah ha" moments in learning material they've found difficult to master. When students experience success with more of their own skills and feel empowered to do more, I am excited for them too.
Bachelor of Arts - Education, Grades 6-12 Social Studies / Religious Education and Business.
Master of Arts - Higher Education with additional study in active learning study strategies.
