About Errin

With over 10 years of experience empowering communities and nonprofit leaders, I bring a wealth of real-world perspective to my coaching practice. My background includes certifications in integral coaching and neurolinguistic programming, along with specialized training in organizational psychology and group dynamics.

Currently, I am working towards my ICF accreditation to deepen my understanding of transformational coaching. I am also pursuing my NLP Master Practitioner certification to expand my skills in facilitating behavioral changes.

My coaching style is warm, direct, and grounded in compassion. I draw upon my decades of leadership experience to meet you where you are and illuminate new perspectives.

Together we'll identify outdated beliefs, self-limiting patterns, and areas for development. I'll provide proven tools and frameworks to facilitate lasting changes, while empowering your inner wisdom.

If you feel stuck or sense something is holding you back from your highest potential, I invite you to explore what wants to emerge.

About the lesson

Rather than positioning myself as an authority, I believe genuine coaching relationships are built on mutual trust, respect and equality. My aim is to create a safe space for you to bring your full self - problems, vulnerabilities and all.

In our first free session, we'll focus on building rapport and alignment so you can evaluate if we're a good fit. My goal isn't to dictate answers, but rather to support you in finding your own inner wisdom and sanctuary. I want to help unburden you from past trauma so you can move forward in freedom.

My intuitive, client-centered approach draws from various methods including:
- NLP to transform thinking and behavior
- Miles Brigs Leadership assessments
- Visual journaling and mapping techniques

But above all, we'll go on a journey beyond limits into your highest potential. When we join in humbleness, we can heal, learn and access parts of ourselves we didn't know existed.
