About Sarah Jane
I have a background in gaming industry, customer retention, data and market analysis and business development. I was a former training and quality development member for Arvato Digital Services, an affiliate of Microsoft offering gaming simulations and technical support for products. A former retail executive with at least 4 years experience in marketing creating data automation and advertising and an agency background in PR, marketing and events. I am devoted to learning and its beneficial outcomes and would like to share my knowledge to people who are looking to change their digital perspective. My lessons are more on practical value and straightforward concept whereby students are introduced to exercises that will make the lessons more interactive and useful in the workforce. Everything is done online and with interactions on discussion forums. I value the history of my subject and its profound roots and so apart of the lessons will tackle some background history as well.
