About JOEL
I’m a Conflict Management and Peace Studies professional with over eight years of practical experience in leadership, workplace mediation, and organizational communication. My background in logistics and team coordination has given me firsthand insight into how conflicts arise and how they can be transformed through empathy, dialogue, and structured problem-solving. I teach because I believe conflict, when managed properly, can lead to growth and stronger relationships.
