About Sarah

I have taught for 14 years. Six years in the public schools and eight years in higher education. Students in my classes have passed the standardized test given by the state of North Carolina and my college students are at 100% passing on their national certification exam for the past seven years. Students at both levels have gone onto four year universities where they are excelling in the fields of healthcare and business.

My name is Mrs. Shepard. I am a teacher in North Carolina. I have been teaching middle school and community college for the past 14 years. My specialty is English and Math, since I taught 8th grade English for six years. I am currently working at the director for a pharmacy program, where I teach math courses. My teaching method involves teaching the content then allowing students to make meaning of the lesson. I do not micromanage in the classroom and enjoy watching students take ownership of their education.

Main rate is $20 per hour via webcam. For lessons that are in the Winston Salem, North Carolina area the rate is $20/hr. Outside Winston Salem NC it will be $40 per hour. Can vary depending on length of drive (if in person).
