About Tamana
Hello, I’m Tamana, an experienced and dedicated teacher from England. I have been teaching in secondary education for 14 years and have also worked as a private tutor for the past 10 years.
I am passionate about education and enjoy helping students grow in confidence and achieve results they can be proud of. I teach English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and I particularly enjoy making challenging topics easier to understand.
I’m patient, approachable and encouraging, and I believe every student has the ability to progress with the right guidance and support. Seeing a student understand something they once found difficult is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me.

My lessons are friendly, supportive and tailored to each student’s individual needs, ability and goals. I offer tuition in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, adapting each lesson to the student and the areas where they need the most support.
With 14 years of secondary school teaching experience and 10 years of private tutoring experience, I understand how to break difficult topics down into clear, manageable steps. I can help students strengthen their subject knowledge, improve exam technique, practise challenging questions and build confidence.
My lessons include clear explanations, targeted practice and constructive feedback, with a strong focus on helping every student make progress and achieve their full potential.
