I’m Victoria—a passionate language educator, curriculum designer, and proud National Boren Scholar for Korean I’ve spent over two years living abroad, teaching both English and Korean to students of all ages, and I’ve loved every minute of it! Whether I’m teaching in-person or online, I bring energy, creativity, and cultural flair to every single lesson. With 800+ teaching hours under my belt, I’ve helped students go from zero to confidently speaking their new language—and we have a blast doing it! My lessons are never one-size-fits-all. Hi there! I’m a super bubbly, dynamic tutor who believes learning should never be boring—it should be exciting, memorable, and tailored just for YOU! My approach is all about making language learning stick through custom lessons designed around your favorite way to learn—whether you're a visual learner, hands-on, auditory, or a mix!
Every student is unique, and so are my lessons. I use fun learning games, flashcards, worksheets, and custom materials I’ve created myself to make each session interactive and effective. My background in education and curriculum design allows me to craft personalized homework and study tools that actually work.
A typical lesson includes a quick warm-up review, an engaging new concept (like grammar, vocabulary, or conversation practice), and a fun activity or game to reinforce what we learned. I always end with a short review and custom homework to keep you on track between lessons.
I’ve helped students of all ages—from little ones to adults—go from knowing zero to confidently speaking at an advanced level. Whether you're just starting out, brushing up your skills, or preparing for a trip or test, I’ll meet you where you are and cheer you on every step of the way!
