About Guneet

I am a Corporate Finance professional by profession and Financial Economist by education. I studied Economics at Lady Shri Ram College in New Delhi, India and went to London School of Economics on a scholarship for my post-graduate education. I have worked in the field of M&A with EY, Deloitte, S&P and now with KPMG. While working, I have often taught students, sometimes people same age as me because of my deep inclination towards the topics in mathematics and economics. I do it because I love the subjects. I thoroughly enjoy understanding new concepts and helping the students see the design behind concepts.

About the lesson

I believe in tailored approach in teaching. My methodology changes in each situation. I have invested time to educate myself by studying topics in mathematics, statistics and microeconomics at both graduate and post-graduate level. I have won more than 3 prestigious scholarships and have been a rank holder across New Delhi, India. Furthermore, I have applied my analytical and mathematical skills to my job, personal finance and various areas of my life which has helped me refine them further.

I try to break concepts and problems in smaller, easily manageable problems so that they are much less intimidating and easier to understand and hence solve. I also focus on understanding on how those concepts were made in the first place which eliminates the need to remember or memorize. I have never memorized a concept or a formula. I intend to help student get a thorough this understanding so that she / he never has to work hard, only work smart!
