About Charis
I am a banker turned into a dance and fitness coach.
I coach street jazz ,modern jazz , modern ballet as well as dance choreography classes and has and still conduction classes and bringing students to perform and compete in various competitions.
Besides, I’m also a member of CSTD - dance organisation by Australia. I am also in the midst of pursuing my teacher dance certification under CSTD.
I am also a certified coach for personal training - strength training under FITM, Pilates instructor under BASI. A master trainer for barre fitness under Barre Intensity. I am also certified under Barre Intensity for pre and post natal.
My style of coaching - depends on your goals. Everyone has a different goals and body therefore everyone has a different approach.
