About Chinju P
I hail from Kochi, Kerala. I am an M. Tech (Information Technology) postgraduate and working as the Lead IT Trainer at a Corporate IT Training Institute here in Kochi. Prior to that, I had been working as Asst. Professor for 3.2 years in private self-financing college. Over those years, I got chances to learn and perform various duties and roles of a college lecturer. I am specialized in Computer Science and can provide the students with instructions and explanations of different topics as well as industrial placement training. I am patient with my work and can explain the subject matter repeatedly. Other than this, I develop a class schedule that comprises daily lessons. I believe demonstrations can help students learn more. I am flexible with work timing and can guide my students whenever they need help.

As a Teacher, the best thing I can promise you is that I will be committed to professional ethics, standards of practice, and individual attention for my students. To be honest, I cannot predict my teaching style and methodology, because those will be depending completely upon the capability of the student as well as the complexity of the subject. In fact, I can go up to the level of a student with high-end potential as well as down to the level of one with less knowledge. I am sure, I will bring my student to a remarkable level of learning by the time she/he completes the course. For instance, if I teach a student one of the computer programming languages, I guarantee that the student will become an independent programmer of her/his level as I complete my job. I believe the academic and the industrial experience I gained throughout my career, will help me for the same.
