About Elizabeth
Prior to teaching I worked in the House of Commons and HM Treasury through the prestigious Graduate Fast Stream programme for UK civil servants.
I decided to change careers and move into teaching as I missed speaking the languages I had learned at university and wanted to share my passion for them.
I have spent the past six years teaching and tutoring online and now live in Huelva, Spain, with my partner, baby boy and cat!

I offer exam preparation for all exam boards and levels: GCSE, A-Level, IB, and general language classes from beginner to advanced level for adults.
My classes are personalised to address your specific areas of difficulty and help you meet your language goals. We will speak in the target language as much as possible to grow your confidence and I will hopefully demystify grammar so it becomes a friend rather than a foe!
I am very friendly, approachable and patient. Maximising student confidence and enjoyment is as important to me as improving grades so I will do my best to make learning fun as well as instructive, using varied and up-to-date activities and resources.
As a Brit who has mastered two European languages to near-native level, I understand the unique challenges faced by native English speakers when it comes to learning languages. I will keep you motivated and get you results!
I currently live in Huelva, Spain with my partner, baby boy and cat!
