Working in a relaxed environment, I strive to not only teach pupils the theory and techniques behind the guitar, but to more importantly inspire them to practise and organically grow. Tailoring lessons for their own style and teaching what they need and want to learn, not just what is written in a textbook.

Perfect! Sam is very approachable and has a keen understanding on how to structure lessons and planning. Very happy with my initial meeting and 1st lesson which has provided many exercises and patterns to help build from specifically tailored to build good habbits and learn crucial topics to aid in the future. Sam is also very flexible with booking sessions and is relaxed and calm during lessons which is great to see from a mentor.

Loving my experience with Sam. He’s really calm and knowledgeable which keeps me relaxed and less pressured when learning.
He has taught me some great tricks and from seeing how I play, he has told me how to adapt slightly to make it work for me rather than making me start again as everyone plays differently!
