About Jumai

I am a linguist. I have been teaching Hausa Language for over 7 years now in schools here in Nigeria and I also take private lessons for individual students on Hausa Language both online and offline. I am also a certified Hausa translator and a proofreader, having completed several proofreading jobs with UN, NCDC, and MSF.

About the lesson

In my teaching methodology, I use the approved curriculum to develop lesson plans for each lesson I take. I also develop lesson notes whether I am taking online lessons, school lessons, or home lessons. I use teaching aids and I develop hands-on activities for every lesson. I also translate and proofread documents from English to Hausa. I have translated and proofread several UN, NCDC & MSF documents from English to Hausa language. I have taught several students living in the US, UK, Saudi Arabia, and of course Nigeria. Whatever your reasons for learning Hausa, I've got you covered, and if you are a beginner, 8 weeks with me and you will be fluent in Hausa language. A free class from me is what you need and you will be convinced.

I am very pleased with Malama Jumai as my Hausa teacher. Her commitment to my learning is evident as she readily provides homework assignments whenever I ask for additional practice. Also her flexibility regarding class time has made scheduling sessions relaxed, allowing me to learn at my own pace. She addresses all my questions with patience and expertise, making each lesson engaging. I highly recommend her.
