Hello! My name is Zoe, and I’m a certified Chinese tutor with over four years of teaching experience. I hold a teaching license from Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Currently, I’m furthering my education with a Graduate Diploma in Education in Melbourne. I am passionate about helping students achieve their language learning goals, whether it's mastering Chinese for travel, work, or personal enrichment. My Approach to Tutoring and How I Teach As a Hong Kong certified tutor with over four years of experience, my goal is to make learning Chinese engaging and effective for all students. I tailor lessons to each student's needs, using a variety of techniques to make language learning enjoyable and practical. Teaching Methodology Student-Centered: I design personalized lessons based on your goals, interests, and learning style. Interactive Learning: I use real-world scenarios, task-based activities, and role-playing to help students apply Chinese in practical contexts. Multimedia Resources: I incorporate videos, music, and flashcards to keep lessons engaging and help improve listening skills. Pronunciation & Grammar: Special attention is given to pronunciation and grammar to help students speak naturally and confidently. Lesson Length 30-60 minutes per session, with flexibility based on your needs. Qualifications and Experience Hong Kong Teaching License 4+ years of tutoring experience with children and young learners Experience teaching both local and international students My lessons are designed for beginners to intermediate learners of all ages, whether for daily, travel, business, or personal enrichment.
