About Connie

I am a tea wholesaler and was a restaurant owner and chef. I started to be a Virtual Chef for Plant It Forward Farms since last September. And I began to demonstrate cooking for YMCA Greater Houston since last December 2020.

My teaching approach is interactive with students in my class. Inviting them to cook along. Ask questions as much as they want and I would answer them as much as I can, I usually do a lot of researches on nutritional value of those natural ingredients and mention at the beginning of each class.
