My teaching approach is interactive with students in my class. Inviting them to cook along. Ask questions as much as they want and I would answer them as much as I can, I usually do a lot of researches on nutritional value of those natural ingredients and mention at the beginning of each class.
I am a tea wholesaler and was a restaurant owner and chef. I started to be a Virtual Chef for Plant It Forward Farms since last September. And I began to demonstrate cooking for YMCA Greater Houston since last December 2020.
I am a tea wholesaler and ran my tea house at Monstrous area for 10 years from 2005 to 2015 and in which I have earned my experiences of cooking for my community interests.
After I closed my retail portion 5 years ago, I engaged with non-profit organizations like Plant It Forward Farms and YMCA Greater Houston to do cooking shows and Tea presentations.
