Susan and I have known one another for more than 15 years, and met through working together. Over the years we have become good friends. Why? Because Susan is the type of person you want to have in your life. She is kind, empathetic, and understanding. While we worked together, she taught me so many things! She would patiently work through problems with me, and helped me to better understand. She just had a way of explaining things that made it easy for me to relate and conceptualize. I know that she can teach, guide, tutor and mentor others, because she did so with me. She is also a very accepting person, and meets people 'where they are at.' Over the years, I have never known her to judge others. It is for all of these reasons that I know that Susan would make a wonderful teacher to anyone who would be lucky enough to know her.
