About Nadine
I’m a qualified teacher with Law degrees from the University of Liverpool and UCL, followed by a PGCE at UCL. I’ve spent just shy of a decade teaching Law in schools and online, preparing students for AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and have also marked for all three exam boards. This gives me a strong understanding of both the subject itself and what examiners are looking for when students apply their knowledge.
I enjoy the academic and theoretical side of Law and enjoy making complex ideas accessible, engaging and relevant through current issues, real cases and topical examples. I’m particularly interested in pedagogy and how students learn, so I’m always looking for ways to make difficult concepts clearer and more memorable. My aim is not simply to help students gain marks, but to build their confidence, develop their legal thinking and cultivate a genuine interest in Law.

I take a tailored approach to teaching Law, adapting lessons to each student’s needs and learning style. This includes planning ahead, identifying weaker areas and focusing on these before they become a problem. I also provide clear explanations, exam technique, essay guidance and targeted revision support to help students build confidence and make consistent progress.
My teaching process:
Phase one: Assess the student’s current knowledge, strengths, areas for improvement and goals\.
Phase two: Create a personalised learning plan, explain key legal concepts clearly and develop exam technique, essay structure and legal analysis skills\.
Phase three: Provide targeted revision support, practice questions and feedback, while regularly reviewing progress and adapting lessons as needed\.
