About Matt

I am a lawyer, I have taught all law subjects and monitored junior lawyers. 15 years in practice, 3 years in academia. Helpful, identify your needs and where improvement can be achieved. Law is essentially an entertaining subject and we can make it more fun.

About the lesson

I have been practicing law for over 15 years. I have taught law in prestigious universities across Australia. Currently a law academic with CQUniversity. I have developed new methods and approaches to help you pass your exams and assignments with ease. Effective, reliable, and outcome-focused. About the lesson: I provide online tutorials. I tutor the following subjects: • Administrative Law • Business/Corporations Law • Civil Procedure • Commercial Law • Constitutional Law • Contract Law • Corporate Crime • Criminal Law • Defamation Law • Employment Law • Equity and Trusts • Evidence Law • Family Law • Intellectual Property • International Law • Media Law • Practical Legal Training • Professional Skills (Ethics) • Property Law • Public Law • Torts I also provide practical assistance in: - drafting and proofreading assignments - exam preparation - referencing and AGLC - how to research using platforms like Westlaw, AustLII, and LexisAdvance - resume and cover letter writing - interviewing and networking skills - career coaching I charge $90 per hour. I accept payment by bank transfer. Payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. Zoom sessions available on weekends only. Zoom link is sent to your email 2 mins before appointments.
