About Claudia
I am an admitted Attorney and Notary in the High Court in South Africa. I have practiced both as an attorney and legal advisor and have 20 years of experience in the legal arena. I completed my B.Comm law at Rhodes University and my LLB at UNISA in South Africa. I graduated with distinction at the Practical School of the Law Society and as Best Student of Class. I have taught tutorial classes to UNISA students and have had numerous clerks completing their articles under me. I have also managed many para-legals reporting to me.

I hold a B.Comm. LLB degree and have also qualified as a conveyancer and notary.
My teaching and tutorial method is centered on the students specific needs and requirements. I have learned that students find it difficult to relate to the application of the law in practice. In corporate and business law it is often necessary to understand business in the real world to understand legal principles.
I therefor apply many practical examples to enable the student to understand difficult legal concepts.
I use a method-based approach where I concentrate on those areas where the student finds it difficult to understand the application of the law in the real world. I also assist the student to understand complex text simply.
I am also skilled in various teaching methods and apply different methods, depending on the student and his/her needs. I am able to assist students at any level of education, both sophisticated students as well as struggling students. I am fluent in English, Afrikaans and German
