I’m an experienced public speaking and debate coach with over 10 years of experience as a debater, trainer, and coach. I currently coach with Kuala Lumpur Debate, working with students and young people to develop their confidence, communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to express ideas clearly.
I can work with both Bahasa Malaysia and English medium.
My approach is practical, engaging, and personalized. Whether your child is completely new to public speaking or already has debating experience, each lesson is designed around their current ability and specific areas for improvement.
The first lesson is a structured assessment to understand your child’s current strengths and areas for growth:
Public Speaking & Debate
Practical speaking exercises to assess confidence, delivery, clarity, body language, and ability to engage an audience.
Critical Thinking:
Exercises and discussions to assess how your child develops ideas, analyzes information, forms arguments, and responds to different perspectives.
Each lesson has clear, achievable goals so students can see their progress over time.
My Experience
I have spent over 10 years actively involved in debating and public speaking, both as a competitor and coach.
I have also worked extensively on youth leadership and development programs, training young people in public speaking, critical thinking, leadership, and communication.
My coaching and training experience includes:

- 6 TEROKA youth leadership cohorts
- Youth organizations and programs across Sabah, Johor, and Kuala Lumpur
