My instructional approach begins with a diagnostic assessment of the learner’s current proficiency, enabling me to tailor challenges that are appropriately aligned with their cognitive level—such as tasks involving algorithmic design. The learner is then guided through the problem-solving process, with particular emphasis on identifying critical concepts and contextual frameworks essential for comprehension. When conceptual gaps emerge, I strategically pivot the instructional focus to reinforce foundational knowledge before revisiting the original problem. Sessions are deliberately student-centered: I encourage learners to articulate their reasoning, reflect on their problem-solving strategies, and propose potential solutions. Through Socratic questioning and subtle guidance, I facilitate the development of independent analytical thinking while fostering confidence and mastery.
