I'm a passionate and patient Mandarin tutor with a strong foundation in public speaking and performance. With 5 years of experience in Chinese public speaking and hosting the Grand Finale of CCTV’s “Stories in Chinese,” I bring clarity, confidence, and creativity to every lesson. My 17 years of classical and modern dance training have shaped my expressive teaching style — dynamic, engaging, and full of positive energy. I believe learning should be joyful, and I love helping students find their voice in Chinese, no matter their level.

My Approach as a Mandarin Tutor
I focus on turning Mandarin learning into a joyful and engaging experience. With 5 years of public speaking training and experience hosting on China National TV (CCTV-14), I bring storytelling, expression, and confidence-building into my lessons.

I use a mix of conversational practice, role play, vocabulary games, and cultural context to make each lesson dynamic. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to polish your tones and grammar, I tailor the class to your pace and goals. For younger learners, I use interactive visuals and story-based teaching; for adults, I incorporate real-life scenarios and cultural insights.
Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson includes:
Quick review (5 min)
Vocabulary & sentence practice (10–15 min)
Dialogue or role-play (10 min)
A mini cultural story or fun fact (5 min)
