About Dillon
I've spent the last 5 years practicing modern Martial Arts like Boxing, MMA, and Kickboxing and traditional Martial Arts like Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Judo. Various techniques, but all require the same mechanics that I hope to teach anyone who wants to learn!
I personally love it. I think Martial Arts has been one of the greatest influences on my life.
Martial Arts is one thing: Full control over your body. It doesn't matter if you want to compete, do it for exercise, or learn for action roles! I will teach you how to control your body and perform moves that look sharp, clean, and efficient.

My lessons and teachings are extremely easy to begin. Consider me the teacher who opens you up to the world of Martial Arts!
Every first lesson begins with a 15-minute warmup. Then we will move to the fundamentals of punching, kicking, and other strikes.
Any lesson after that can focus on one or multiple of these choices: Punching, Kicking, Elbows + Knees, takedowns, and throws.
These personal lessons can be for any level, whether you are completely new or want to hone in your skills.
