About Anne
About me:
I have a BS in molecular bio from the UC Davis, and completed two years of graduate studies in environmental microbiology at UC Santa Barbara. After grad school, I discovered private tutoring was a great match for my skills. I truly enjoy working with students individually to help them surmount the many challenges school places in their paths.
I have been tutoring and teaching since 2008. I also tutored for the SUN after-school program in Portland, developed several classes for Saturday Academy, and teach SAT classes.

Do you need to catch up on schoolwork, improve grades, or prepare for a test?
I am available for online tutoring sessions. I can provide a free 15 min demo of Wyzant's excellent virtual tutoring platform. (I do not travel to students' homes)
My tutoring experience spans a decade+, 1500+ hours with Wyzant students, and many more hours with private students. I have coached students to perfect 800s on all sections of the SAT, and high 30s on the ACT.
