I am an MBA. I have been tutoring for the last 5 years. I specially teach Math in K-5 grades. I can speak in English, Hindi and Bengali. I believe in first explaining the uses of education in a student's life. I am not very strict. I try to interact with the students liberally.

I try to make learning an interesting work for the students by engaging them actively in the curriculum and encouraging them to take their own responsibility of learning. Though teachers are the authoritative figures, still I believe teachers and students play an equally active role in the learning process. Learning can also be personalized based on student learning needs.
