About Angelo

I am an experienced and trained mathematics tutor. My experience includes being the Lead Instructor at a Mathnasium, a well-recognized math tutoring institution. I am an undergraduate math and physics student at the University of Chicago taking a gap year and I'm incredibly passionate about math education.

About the lesson

I have extensive training and experience teaching math to middle school, high school and college students through a mix of Socratic questioning and direct teaching. My teaching style involves working through problems appropriate to the student's ability and addressing knowledge gaps as necessary. I pride myself on adjusting the complexity of a lesson to keep a student from getting overwhelmed but to still stimulate growth.
