About Adaramola
Hello! I'm Adaramola Tosin, a dedicated and approachable Mathematics tutor who is passionate about helping young learners achieve their full potential. I believe that every student can succeed when they are taught with patience, encouragement, and the right teaching methods.
With classroom teaching experience at Royalpath Schools and over five years of professional experience in mathematics and science, I have developed strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills that enable me to connect with students and support their academic growth. I take pride in being dependable, well-prepared, and committed to delivering high-quality lessons that meet each student's individual needs.
I enjoy creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them. My name is Adaramola Tosin and I believe that every child can succeed in Mathematics with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My goal is to help students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts, build confidence, and enjoy learning, rather than simply memorizing formulas.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have over five years of professional experience in mathematics and science, where I developed excellent organizational, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. These skills have strengthened my ability to prepare well-structured lessons, manage students effectively, and create a productive learning environment.
I also served as a **Mathematics and Physical & Health Education (PHE) teacher at Royalpath Schools**, where I taught and supported students with different learning abilities. During this time, I planned engaging lessons, assessed students' progress, prepared classwork and examinations, and provided individual support to help every learner reach their full potential.
My teaching approach is student-centered and highly interactive. I begin by assessing each student's current level to understand their strengths and areas that need improvement. I then create a personalized learning plan that suits their pace and learning style. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, visual illustrations, and plenty of guided practice to make lessons easy to understand and enjoyable.
A typical lesson lasts '60 to 90 minutes', depending on the student's age and learning needs. I regularly use quizzes, revision exercises, and practice questions to monitor progress and reinforce learning. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently, and build confidence with every lesson.
My lessons are designed for 'Year 1 to Year 7 students', whether they need extra support, want to improve their classroom performance, prepare for school assessments or entrance examinations, or simply build a stronger foundation in Mathematics. I am committed to creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where every student feels supported, motivated, and capable of achieving success.
