About Maryam

Tutoring: Maths, Science, English, SAT, 11+, Entrance Exams, GCSEs and A levels
I am passionate and dedicated to helping my students reach their goals while enjoying lessons at the same time.
Outside of teaching and learning, I enjoy travelling, cooking and playing sport. Some of my favourite places I have visited are Seychelles, Alaska and Malaysia.
I grew up in Dubai and have been playing tennis and netball since I was 8.

About the lesson

I conduct a short assessment before lessons to assess where the student is in order to tailor lessons effectively.
I have worked with SEN students in the past so can incorporate effective teaching and learning methods into lessons.
Achieved all A*-A in my GCSEs and I am predicted 4 As for my A levels. Achieved an A in my EPQ and A* in my history coursework. Recieved offers from 5 Russell Group universities.
I can teach 11+ preparations,GCSE English, Science, Business Studies and history.
I am also able to teach A level Politics and A level history as well as psychology.
