About Nikita
Currently, I am a working professional. I work for a leading engineering consultancy firm as a climate change consultant. I work with clients to help them on their net zero journey and also assessing climate risks I believe someone who is really passionate (such as myself), can motivate students to study well and hard. Along with my passion for tutoring, some of my hobbies include drawing, exercising and writing.

My approach to tutoring is filling in the gaps, setting out clear methods and building a rapport with the individual. Building a rapport allows for the child to get to know you and vice versa. This means that they are more likely to converse on what they find difficult and listen to you, as you're the bridge between a teacher and a friend. Furthermore, setting out clear methods for questions and unknown topics allows for something for a child to follow each time and them to reach the lightbulb moment which is the desired outcome. Finally, filling in the small gaps and bridging knowledge are small steps to big changes. To ensure, that these small gaps are made, it is important to not only provide honest feedback on how to improve, but also encourage writing down new definitions and methods with questions. I base my lessons on exam papers or any topic the student wishes to bring to go over
