About Helen
Helen is a mental health nurse working within the private and public sector for the past 15 years with children, adults and the elderly. She has worked with a range of presenting problems from mental health and neurodiverse difficulties. She supports individuals on their journey to wellness, finding self-love and empowerment to increase self-worth, joy and connect to their purpose. Helen is specialised in clinical and holistic areas to support individuals. She specialises in self-esteem, empowerment and self-love using her mental health knowledge. She holds space for individuals using a compassionate, positive and caring communication style to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

With my coaching we don't just view the problem on the surface level, we support the individual holistically by delving deeper and identifying the patterns in your life that may be keeping you stuck. We can then address your deep-seated blocks influenced by early childhood experiences, family patterns, collective thoughts and beliefs that you picked up and your subconscious beliefs. My methodology supports your wellness for your mind, body and emotions using coaching, mindfulness techniques, and evidence-based practices. This supports addressing practical and emotional challenges which are blocking you from living your best life with joy and purpose. 1 hour or 90 minutes sessions I am trained in the following: • Reiki Healing level 1 & 2 • Theta Healing qualified and certified • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy • Mental Health Nurse
