About Richard

Greetings, I'm Richard Gerum, an Austrian currently residing in Australia on a working holiday adventure. As I finance my journey, I'm contemplating a future career as an educator since I'm often commended for my excellent communication skills.

My educational background includes attending a high school in Salzburg, where I specialized in media design. It was during this time that I discovered my deep passion for music production and DJing. Following my schooling, I embraced my sense of duty and served as a paramedic, a role I hold close to my heart.

On a lighter note, I'm a talented drummer, and my extroverted and outgoing personality adds a touch of enthusiasm to everything I do. Let's embark on a journey of learning and self-discovery together.

About the lesson

When it comes to tutoring, I'm all about keeping it fun and easy. No stress, just smiles! I love using memory tricks (you know, those brain shortcuts) and making sure we have a good laugh while we learn. Lessons with me can range from a quick 40 minutes to a leisurely 2-hour chat.

Qualifications? Well, I've been the unofficial "homework helper" for my little bros (aged 9 and 13), and I've done some tutoring in school.

Who's welcome in my class? Everyone! Whether you're 10 or 40, a student, or just someone who wants to enjoy learning, I'm here. Even if you find learning a bit tough, don't worry; I've got your back. Kids are welcome too! Let's make learning a blast!
