About Victoria
Hello, I’m Victoria. I’m a qualified teacher with a Master of Teaching (Special Education) and over a decade of experience supporting children and families in a variety of settings.
I currently work in a leadership role supporting therapists who provide support to neurodivergent children. My career has focused on helping autistic and neurodivergent learners access education in ways that respect their strengths and differences.
Alongside my professional experience, I am also autistic, and a parent of neurodivergent children (one of which accesses learning) which gives me both professional and lived insight into the challenges families can face when traditional learning approaches do not fit their child.
I am passionate about creating learning environments where students feel understood, capable and confident. I take a strengths-based and flexible approach, adapting sessions to each student’s needs, interests and pace.
My goal is to help students rebuild confidence in learning, develop practical strategies and experience success in ways that work for them.

My lessons are designed to support neurodivergent learners in a way that feels safe, flexible and encouraging. I work with autistic, ADHD and dyslexic students who may be struggling with traditional learning approaches, homework stress, or school-related anxiety.
Rather than focusing only on academic content, I prioritize building trust, confidence and engagement with learning. Sessions are tailored to each student’s needs and interests and may include homework support, executive functioning strategies, literacy development, study skills, or gentle re-engagement with learning for students experiencing school refusal.
As a qualified teacher with a Master of Teaching (Special Education) and extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and families, I understand that every learner is different. My goal is to create a calm and supportive environment where students can develop skills at their own pace and feel successful.
Lessons can be adapted to suit each student and may involve breaking tasks into manageable steps, using visual supports, building organization and planning skills, or helping students find strategies that work for their unique learning style.
