About Magda

Hi, I’m Magda - a dedicated and passionate Life Sciences graduate from North-West University. I offer online tutoring in Natural Sciences for Grades 7–9 and Life Sciences for Grades 10–12. With a strong academic background and a love for teaching, I focus on helping students truly understand the subject matter rather than just memorizing content. My teaching style is calm, patient, and structured. I take the time to explain concepts clearly and in a way that makes sense to each individual student. I use real-life examples, visual aids, and practice questions to reinforce learning and boost confidence. I believe that every student can excel in science with the right guidance and support. I am proficient in both English and Afrikaans, and I adapt my lessons to suit the learner’s language preference and learning pace. Whether you're struggling with the basics or preparing for final exams, I’m here to help you succeed. About the lesson

As a Life Sciences graduate from NWU, my tutoring approach focuses on building a strong understanding of core concepts rather than rote memorization. I believe that when students truly grasp the “why” behind what they’re learning, they become more confident, curious, and motivated. My lessons are interactive, student-paced, and tailored to each learner’s unique needs. I tutor Natural Sciences for Grades 7–9 and Life Sciences for Grades 10–12, helping students prepare for tests, exams, and long-term academic success. Lessons are structured to include simplified explanations, visual aids, practical examples, and regular revision to reinforce learning. I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes - because that’s how real learning happens! I teach in both English and Afrikaans, depending on the student’s preference. Whether a learner needs help catching up, wants to improve their marks, or is aiming for distinctions, my goal is to make science accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful.
