About Robert
I have volunteered as a culinary counselor for low income students who have the urge to learn culinary. I teach cooks where ever I work and have taught many in what they need to know.
I have received mostly thank you, and have shared gratitude as well. Some cooks have wanted to shift to different departments so I could teach them, as well as a few that wanted to follow my paper trail to work with me as well,

Culinary Arts Graduate in 2000, have worked under many chefs to solidify my type of cooking.
I enjoy coaching and mentoring those who wish to learn more about culinary.
My method as a teacher is to show you step by step and go from there. Everyone learns at a different level and has their own style of that. So I like to change my style of teaching to fit your level.

Details
On average I would charge 25.00 an hour but since there are different levels of learning, I have reduced that. I don't mind traveling for a student as long as you are not more that 15 miles out of my area, then I may or may charge for travel time.
I am here for you to learn from me and I to learn from you.
I would also teach several people at 1 sitting for a slight price increase.
