About Ash
Hi there! I am a passionate and patient educator dedicated to helping young learners build confidence in their maths skills.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have had the privilege of working with all kinds of students. Whether a child is a fast learner looking for an extra challenge, a visual learner who needs creative examples, or someone who feels anxious about maths and needs extra patience, I adapt my teaching style to fit their unique needs. I believe that every child can excel at maths when it is taught in a way that makes sense to them.
As a professional experienced online educator, I bring a highly structured, problem-solving mindset to my classes. I am an expert at breaking down complex, technical concepts into simple, bite-sized pieces. Welcome to my Maths and Arithmetic classes! I specialise in teaching primary school students, focusing on building a strong, confident foundation in basic maths, arithmetic, and logic.
I teach using simple, easy-to-understand English. I believe maths shouldn't be confusing, so I break down complicated problems into fun, bite-sized steps. Instead of just memorising formulas, we focus on understanding why numbers work the way they do through relatable, everyday examples.
As an experienced online educator. I know how to design clear, structured learning curriculums. I have extensive experience breaking down technical concepts for my students, and I bring that same patient, step-by-step approach to teaching primary maths.
A typical lesson lasts for 45 to 60 minutes. This is the perfect length to keep young minds focused and engaged without overwhelming them.
These classes are specifically designed for primary-aged learners. Whether your child is just starting to learn arithmetic or needs a little extra support building their logic skills, my goal is to make maths their favourite subject in a stress-free environment.
