I’m a college student with a strong foundation in reading, vocabulary, grammar, and phonetics. I graduated from Georgia Connections Academy in 2025 and have spent years helping peers improve their language skills through clear explanations and guided practice. Hi! I’m Samiya. I tutor reading, vocabulary, grammar, and phonetics in a way that is clear, engaging, and easy to follow. My teaching method is fully online, using PowerPoints, step-by-step explanations, and demonstrations to help students understand concepts at their own pace.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous material, followed by introducing new concepts with examples and visual aids. I provide guided practice and interactive exercises, and I always make sure to answer questions thoroughly so students feel confident with the material before moving on.
What sets me apart is my patient, supportive approach and my ability to simplify complex language topics so they make sense. I focus on building both skills and confidence, making learning enjoyable while helping students improve quickly.
