About Johannes
Manhattan School of Music graduate from the master's program with 10+ years of teaching experience with students ranging in level from complete beginner to college level. Teaching is a big passion of mine, and I find it to be as rewarding as performing most of the time.

The most important aspect of teaching is making the lessons engaging and fun - I'm a strong believer in this being the best offset to profound learning experiences for students. I try to find repertoire that excites and motivates students and draw personally tailored exercises and practice ideas and routines from the repertoire, rather than the other way around.
