About Lola
With over 30 years of experience as a Physical Educator and Fitness Instructor, I hold a B.S.Ed in Physical Education and Dance and have been an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer since 2013. Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I have successfully helped hundreds of clients improve their health and fitness.
