I have had 50 years of teaching experience with 35 years of full-time teaching and 15 years of part-time teaching. I have taught at the high school level, but most of my teaching has been in introductory courses at the university level. I have taught both in the classroom and the laboratory. I use a number of demonstrations to illustrate physical concepts. I particularly emphasize problem-solving techniques so that the student gains success in the homework assignments which help in taking classroom exams.
