There are many different way to approach learning an instrument, but because I was classically trained I value the traditional method of learning to sheet read music first and having that solid foundation on which to build upon. But more importantly, I want to make the experience engaging and fun for the beginning student. And get them to a point where they have confidence in the process of learning and in their own potential.
