About Callie
I am an experienced piano tutor with over 12 years of teaching experience. I work with school students, college learners, and working professionals who want to learn piano in a structured and comfortable way.
My teaching approach focuses on patience, clarity, and consistency. I adapt my lessons based on each student’s learning style and goals. I focus on building strong fundamentals and improving step by step.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises. These help students understand music better and play confidently. I also include practical exercises and fun learning methods.
My strength is simplifying learning and making it stress-free. I help students build confidence, improve technique, and develop regular practice habits. I also guide them in managing their time effectively.
I create a positive and encouraging environment. My aim is to help students enjoy music and grow in their piano journey.

I follow a student-centred, creative, and adaptive methodology that emphasises the individual growth of every learner. I believe piano lessons should be engaging, enjoyable, and tailored to the student’s abilities and goals. Through open communication, I understand each student’s interests, strengths, and challenges, allowing me to design lessons that are effective and inspiring.
Creativity is a central part of my teaching. Students are encouraged to improvise, compose, and explore different musical genres, building their unique musical voice and boosting confidence. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and preferred learning style, making learning enjoyable, effective, and stress-free.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This integrated approach develops technical skills, musical understanding, and expressive ability. My goal is to nurture confident, skilled, and passionate musicians who enjoy performing and exploring music.
