About Maria
Hi all! My name is Maria, after nearly a decade of gymnastics I discovered pole dancing and I instantly fell in love with it, since then I have trained in many studios across different countries, meeting and training with some of the best pole dancers in the world, for the past year I have been instructing pole classes in studio to groups as well as 1 on 1. I´m very easy going so feel free to drop me a message and let´s skip the formalities :)

Classes are available online or in person, which can be at my place but I am also happy to travel over to yours if you have a pole :) Training will last 60 minutes (longer sessions can also be arranged) in each session we will: - Warming up and flexibility training - Pole conditioning - Figures, combos, transitions - Stretching to cool down Classes can be tailored to each person if you wish i.e. emphasising on flexibility, tricks or etc.
