About Laura
Hi, I am Laura. I have been a primary school teacher for over 11 years now. I currently teach children 6-7 years old; however, I have previously taught age ranges between 7-10 years old. In my teaching career, I have gained a deep understanding of how many different children learn and have a huge bank of approaches to tackling areas children need more support with. I want the children I teach to be engaged in their learning and see their own successes.

As an experienced primary school teacher, I will strive to teach your child in a style that suits their needs. This could be through games, practical activities, songs and repeated practice. I always break down learning into manageable chunks to ensure your child can reach their end goal. I can focus on specific aspects of maths such as mental addition and subtraction, times tables or assess which areas they could benefit from some more support in.
