About Taylah
I am a creative educator who designs hands-on, imaginative, and meaningful learning experiences rather than relying solely on worksheets. I am growth-oriented and continually refining my practice through learning about educational pedagogy, well-being, philosophy, and the science of learning.
I value mindfulness and balance, while also being driven to grow professionally and personally. I care deeply about connection and creating environments where students feel supported, capable, and confident in themselves and their learning. I am also a big-picture thinker who looks beyond memorization, helping students understand the “why” behind concepts so they can develop perspective and genuine understanding.
My teaching approach naturally bridges areas that are often seen separately academic rigor and creativity, discipline and compassion, structure and play, as well as education and well-being.
