About Mzwamadoda

I'm a healthcare professional who diversified into Social Sciences, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Advanced Management studies and practice. I have been & continue to support technical and implementation teams through leadership and organizational skills at public and private as well as Non-Profit organizations level. I have worked with public & private universities for the past 12 years.

About the lesson

I teach individuals and groups. I favour action research methods where we agree on individual or group goals and document daily activities as we go along. My method is a mix of theory (10%) and practice (90%) with monthly assignments. The basis is to focus on presenting and realistic challenges rather than ideal situations as a manner of pushing for realisation of ideal situa6
