My teaching method involves fully engaging with my clients to listen and ask pertinent questions to get them to consider options. We will work at determining effective goals, figuring out how to get there, then looking at ways to stay accountable to success.
I am a twenty year experienced executive coach with professional work in law and business. My focus has been working with motivated professionals to improve their own leadership and presence, and to help support them in career transition and advancement.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree (summa cum laude) in political science with a minor in religion from Susquehanna University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Penn State University-Dickinson School of Law. I received my coaching credential as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute, and have held the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation since 2006. I am certified as an ICF Mentor Coach. I remain active in a number of professional organizations and activities, as both a leader and participant, and am routinely a speaker for various organizations. I am further certified as a Wellness Inventory Coach and in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
