About Austin
My name is Austin, and I am a Technology graduate with a background in Networking and Telecommunications and hands-on experience in IT support. I have helped users troubleshoot computer issues, learn technology skills, and understand technical concepts through clear communication and patience. I enjoy helping students build confidence with computers, math, and problem-solving. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, learn at their own pace, and develop skills they can use in school, careers, and everyday life.

I am an IT professional and Technology graduate with experience in networking, computer support, and troubleshooting. My teaching approach focuses on making difficult concepts simple through step-by-step explanations, hands-on examples, and practical problem-solving. A typical lesson begins by understanding the student's current skill level, reviewing key concepts, practicing together, and ending with exercises to build confidence.
I teach students interested in computer basics, information technology, networking fundamentals, cybersecurity fundamentals, and math support. My lessons are designed for beginners, middle school, high school, and college students who want to improve their technical skills or better understand challenging topics.
